Abstract Submission
- 1. All Abstract MUST be written ONLY in English.
- 2. All required fields must be filled. Correct email address and cellphone number is necessary.
- 3. Abstract Submission types will be Oral, Oral or Poster, and Poster.
- The submission type chosen is final and cannot be changed.
- If you have submitted an Oral Presentation type and is not selected for Oral Presentation, you will not be able to change to a Poster Type.
- If you have submitted an “Oral Presentation or Poster” and is not selected as an Oral Presentation, the abstract will automatically become a “Poster”.
- 4. Incorrect information inputted will not be tolerated and will automatically be dropped from the abstract evaluation process.
- 5. Abstract Submission and Modification will be unavailable after the Abstract Deadline on July 15, 2018.
- 6. Please note that website and abstract submission problems might occur a few days before the abstract deadline and registration deadline due to heavy traffic.
Oral Presentation
- 1. All Oral Presentations will be done in English except for the “Residents’ Session” which will be done in Korean Language.
- 2. “Residents’ Session” will be only done by Residents.
E-Poster
- 1. Posters will be “E-Posters” and will be done through computers.
- 2. E-Poster file uploads open date will be announced in the future
